Self Taught New Jersey Artist Laura Barbosa is a full time Painter living solely off her work and is Collected on an International Level. She has been Published in Art Books, Magazines, DVD's & more. Her Public Collection is on Permanent Display in Toms River, NJ at the Community Medical Center on Rt 37 and her 3 Paintings are Showcased in Oncology, Hospice and Outpatient Radiology. Laura’s Artwork has been seen on HGTV‘s Interior Design Show: “Battle on the Block” Featuring her Painting: “Model”. Her Art is Collected in all 50 United States, Australia, Spain, The United Kingdom, and Canada.
Artist Statement:
My Artwork does not describe any one particular style, but rather my general attitude towards certain subjects or topics of our world. My Paintings convey my individuality, spontaneous thoughts and ideas. It is like a journey into the deepest corner of my mind. Others have described it as “An embarrassment of riches in a colorful world of subconscious thinking”.
